The therapeutic bond is based in horse - human relation. From the moment the rider arrives to have their session we start teaching them everything they need to know about their new friend, the horse.
The rider needs to learn to respect, love, and care for their friend. Its a very common thing to see that riders just arrive to have their session, mounts, have their class, dismounts and leaves.
We don't want our sessions or riders to work that way, the rider needs to know how to get the horse, hold the lead rope, brush him, pamper him, clean him, saddle and also when session is over , the rider needs to take the horse to drink water, give him a hug and a carrot or sugar cube as a way of thanking him.
We highlite everything related to the horse care, teaching our riders what horses eat, where they sleep, how they communicate, so each day rider and horse get to strengthen their bond.
We all this bond between horse and rider therapeutic, because it is! People that have experimented this knows it, but it is a feeling difficult to explain with words for any of us, its something you feel, each day you spend with your horse.
This therapeutic bond gets stronger as time goes by and the relation gets to be a very important one for the rider and for the horse too- They get to know each other, communicate, they understand each other and its not something unusual to see how the horse welcomes their rider with a joyfull neigh!
We invite you all to share this magic feeling you can experience with horses, without having to dominate them (ride them).
